Friday Night Magic: Community Cube

As we leave Spooky-Season, and the days grow ever colder, we’d like to welcome our MTG community to a special format: the Community Cube!

Each player picks a Set Booster from the sets available in the store. Those cards are then sleeved and added to the cube! After the cards have been added to the cube, players will draft from the cube and build 40 card decks like a normal cube. What’s the catch? Players get to decide what cards they want to take out of the cube! Players can look at the cards they drafted and take any 12 cards (the same number they put into the cube with their Set Booster) as part of their prizes. This way the cube evolves every time it’s drafted!

For this event, players can select set boosters from either Strixhaven, Adventures in the Forgotten Realms, or Innistrad: Midnight Hunt.

5:30pm – Registration begins

6:00pm – Drafting and deck building begins

6:50pm – Rounds begin

around 9:45pm – Prizes are awarded

NOTE! – After the event, the Community Cube will be available behind the counter for players who wish to have a casual game. The cube can be drafted from at any time, but in order for players to be allowed to take cards out, they must buy a Set Booster to add cards into the cube first.
