Friday Night Magic: Community Cube

Play and collaborate with our MTG community by joining us for an exciting draft event using the one and only Missing Piece Community Cube! Instead of assembling a set of cards that are rarely (if ever) edited, this cube is constantly changing to meet the needs of the community. Players will bring 11 cards with them into the draft, either from their own collection, or they can buy a set booster pack from our barista, and simply remove the basic land card from the cards provided. Those cards are then sleeved and permanently added to the cube. Once the cards are sleeved, players will draft from the cube as normal, and at the end of the event, since each player put 11 cards into the cube, they will get to take 11 cards of their choice out of the cube!

5:30pm – Registration begins.

6:00pm – Drafting and deck construction begins! Players will have 50 minutes to draft, and build their decks.

6:50pm – Rounds begin! There will be three 50-minute rounds.

Around 9:45pm – Prizes are awarded! Due to the nature of this event, prizes are handled a little differently. All players will be able to select up to 11 cards from the cards they drafted during the event, but the 1st place player will be able to select from any card in the cube that hasn’t already been picked. All participants will also receive a free drink card, a Pawn card for use in our Piecing It Together events, and a promo card*
