Friday Night Magic: King of the Hill Commander

Welcome Planeswalkers! Come on into The Missing Piece and try a fun twist on the Commander Format: King of the Hill! The only difference between this and normal Commander is that the first player to deal combat damage to their opponent becomes The Monarch and plays with that mechanic the entire game!
5:30pm – In person sign ups begin for players that didn’t register through our website. This is also a great time to order and food or drinks and get to hang out with the other players!
6:00pm – Round 1 begins! There will be two 90-minute rounds, during which players accumulate points to determine their rankings at the end of the event! During this event, if a player is The Monarch at the beginning of their Upkeep, they will gain an additional point!
Around 9:00pm – Prizes are awarded! All players will get some promotional items for participating, and can obtain additional prizes depending on their ranking at the end of the event.
